Google Home, which I use to play my son his favorite song, “Old Mcdonald Had a Farm”, every morning after his breakfast. 3,) Chatbots: business owners in the digital age rely on chatbots such as Many Chat, Drift, Alexa for Business, etc. I’m sure you’ve experienced it yourself when you’re on an eCommerce site looking for a product but need more information. And just at the right moment, a chatbot appears and asks you, “Hello Tom, what may I assist with you today?”
